SYNOPSIS:

Ram tells the life of a daughter for twelve chapters on various aspects of nature. In PERANBU Ram has more emotional moments than the national award winning Thankameenkal(Goldfishes).

Mammootty is the father of a girl who goes through a special physical and mental condition called spastic paralysis. He has been working in the Gulf for more than ten years. In such a situation, leaving his daughter and himself and going with another man is a serious blow to his life. Later, the situation of her daughter is completely prepared for him.As a single parent, Amudhvaan is the psychological tension faced by his mother, who is known by all as the Papa and whose physically and mentally challenged daughter is entering into adolescence.

There have been no films or characters in the recent past to challenge the actor in Mammootty. But the director was able to make the best use of the infinite possibilities of that great actor through his parents. Ram has made an offer to meet Mammootty once again in films like Thaniyaavarthanam and Amaram. Mammootty portrays the beauty of a girl whose daily routine is limited by the limitations of her father.

Sadhna, who came to the cinema through Ram Thangmeenkal, is the daughter of Amudhavan. Sadhana has completely assimilated her character which is very difficult to act. This girl has been struggling physically and mentally to portray a teenage girl going through spastic paralysis. The chemistry between Mammootty and Sadhana gives emotional weight to the audience. The cinematographer Theni Eshwar has been instrumental in bringing the film to life through various aspects of nature. Then as the chapters change, the background and the landscape of the story changes, and Theni Ishwar manages to cope with the rhythm of the film. Yuvan Shankar Raja's contribution to the spirit of the story is also appreciated.
